Natalie Pearson
Assistant Coach
Coach Pearson participated in USATF track and field from age 9-18, attending multiple Junior Olympic National Championships. She competed for Elkhorn High School, where she was a 3-time gold medalist at the Nebraska State Meet and former Class A state record holder in the pole vault. She continued her track and field career at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she became a 4-time Big 12 Champion, 3-time All-American, and record holder for the Huskers in the pole vault. She also had the honor of competing for Team USA at the 2009 Pan American Junior Championships and is a former USA U20 pole vault record holder and Junior National Champion. She enjoyed helping to coach both high school and college athletes in her final year at UNL and is a USATF Level 1 Certified Coach. Natalie is a Physician Assistant at Merrick Medical Center and coaches for Central City Public Schools. In addition to the pole vault, Coach Pearson enjoys coaching long jump and is passionate about introducing our youngest members to the sport of track and field.
